We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Domestic Shipping (Australia):
- Standard Shipping: 2 to 8 business days
- Express Shipping: 1 to 4 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders over $95 AUD qualify for free standard shipping.
International Shipping:
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other fees charged by your country's customs office. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer. If you require advice on duties or taxes in your country, we advise you contact your relevant local authority on the matter.
